Delivery and returns

DELIVERY

Whilst I aim to dispatch all ready made items as quickly as possible, Please allow 5 working days. If you are in urgent need of your purchase please do contact me as I will always do my best.

Items that can be sent as large letter will be sent 1st class signed for. Those larger parcels will be sent 2nd class signed for. I have chosen this method to keep costs down but to be able to issue you with tracking.

RETURNS

If you change your mind or your item doesn't fit you are welcome to return within 28 days of purchase. You will need to cover return postage and refund will be issued once item (s) have arrived back.
With regret custom made to measure orders cannot be refunded as they are made specifically to measurements  (this does not include standard custom orders).

In the unlikely event you find a fault please contact me to arrange return postage. Postage costs will be covered when proof of postage provided. I will then fix the fault or arrange a refund if it cannot be resolved.

Please note that refunds will not be issued if items have been tampered with, and this is at my discretion.
